At Premier Pediatrics, we specialize in care and treatment of the most common illnesses and diseases of children. If you have a medical emergency such as excessive bleeding, or feel your child’s life is being threatened due to their medical condition, please call 911 immediately!
To schedule an appointment, (same-day sick, future well-child visit, adolescent or sports physicals, consults, ear piercing), please call 949-733-2800.
Our phone lines are open at 8:30-12:30 p.m. and 2:00-5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. If you are asked to leave a message, please do so and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
We strongly encourage parents to call in and make an appointment before coming in. Walk-in visits are unfair to our patients who have previously scheduled appointments and it could delay life threating treatment if your child should have been in the emergency room. If you decide to come to the office without an appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will see a provider immediately.
Our office calls a day in advance to confirm and remind you of your appointment.
**If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours to allow room to schedule for children that need urgent appointments.**
Walk In Policy
We DO NOT recommend you walking in as it interferes with our ability to deliver safe medical care in a timely manner to all of our patients.
We see our patients by appointment and do our best to provide our patients for the best care and services. We feel that patients deserve our attention during the appointment time we have reserved for them. To that end, we request all patients call for an appointment time before coming to our offices.
We do have same day sick appointments available and leave a sufficient amount of spots open for these patients. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call our office at 949-733-2800.
If our office is not open, you can leave a message with your name, phone number, and message and we will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule an appointment if needed at; 949-733-2800
Late Arrival and Rescheduling:
It is in our best interest to provide our patients with the best healthcare experience. In order to keep scheduled appointments on time, we advise parents to come no later than 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment.
We feel that our patients deserve our attention during the appointment time we have reserved for them. If the patient is late 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment, we may kindly ask to reschedule if needed or there may be a wait until the doctor is available.
Thank you for helping us to maintain an efficient patient schedule.
**If you have an appointment and cannot make it, please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to accommodate other patients.**
